A Letter to All River Club Owners

​Dear River Club Resident:

 

Does your mailbox look old, need to be cleaned, repainted, or must the letters/numbers be refreshed? If so, please take the necessary steps to proactively perform mailbox maintenance and comply with community standards.

 

The replacement standard for the River Club, except for Carrington, is a black USPS standard mailbox mounted on a black post, preferably a 4x4 wood post and support arm.  The replacement standard for Carrington is a black USPS standard mailbox mounted on a white post. Residents electing to replace their mailbox should complete the Minor Change Form for consideration before beginning work.  

 

Suppose you are re-painting your existing mailbox and post. In that case, the LBTS ARB recommends the following Sherwin-Williams colors for the best results: 1. Black Tricorn (SW6258) and 2. Extra White (SW7006).  Most other suppliers can match these color names and numbers.
