Assessment Payment Options

 

We are excited to share that the ACH payment option is available for our residents! We now offer the following methods of payments for LBTS monthly assessment payments.

 

1)           Free ACH Recurring Payments. ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, a U.S. financial network used for electronic payments and money transfers. Also known as “direct payments,” ACH payments are a way to transfer money from one bank account to another without using paper checks, electronic checks (echecks), or credit card networks. Just complete and return the “Authorization Agreement for Automatic ACH Deposits” and we’ll get you started. *This is the method that will automatically adjust your payment if assessments change. You cannot register for this method in the portal since the banking regulations require authorization to transfer funds in this way.

 

2)            One-Time or Recurring ECheck. To make your payments using an electronic check, please go to our portal at https://litchfieldbythesea.cincwebaxis.com/. On your first visit to the portal, you will need to register. Simply click on the “Register” button and complete the information required. Once your registration request is reviewed and validated by our team, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. You can then log in with your email address and new password to make payments and access information about our community. Echecks are FREE until 12/31/2025 and thereafter will incur a fee of $1.99.

 

3)           One-Time or Recurring Credit Cards. To set up your recurring payments using a credit card, simply log into your account as noted above, but click the “Credit Card” option for your one-time or recurring transaction. **The credit card service charges a fee for these transactions.

 

4)           Lockbox Service. Paper checks and coupons may be used to mail your assessment payments. The new address for mailing payments, which must be accompanied by a coupon for proper posting, is listed below. When writing your check, please make sure to make it payable to Litchfield-By-The-Sea Community Association and include your account number (LBTSXXXXXXX) on the memo line.

5)           If you would like to pay your assessments using a personal online bill payment service or pay online through your personal bank’s online payment service, you must ensure the address of the payee for the association is correct (see address below). If you are unsure, please ask your service or bank for assistance.
