Coupons for 2025 were sent in late December 2024 and mailing labels are in the back of the book.  If you have not received yours, you may request a .pdf of coupons by emailing us at Info@LitchfieldByTheSea.com. 

As a reminder, payments are due on the 1st and late after the 30th.  You can register and make payments on the portal without a coupon book.
 
To assist, the cover letter from that order is linked below to introduce you to the new Portal, setting up your new account, and options for payments.  The ACH system used by Waccamaw has been terminated. We are building a new ACH process within our portal and will have it ready for use by March 1. 

Hot tip! Please do not enter your old Waccamaw Management account into the portal registration since it will not find a match- just leave that area blank or enter your new account number that begins with “LBTS”.
