Tradition is a highly desirable community consisting of 403 homes and 2 undeveloped lots. This golf community has a pool, tennis/pickleball courts and a clubhouse. The community clubhouse is used for many different activities including a Home and Garden Club, many different card groups, Mexican Train and community social gatherings. It can also be reserved by our residents for private gatherings at a minimal cost. In the colder weather we offer chair aerobics and dance, when the warmer weather sets in you can find many participants enjoying the pool and getting their much-needed exercise in water aerobics.
The Board of Directors, all sub-committees and group organizations are run by volunteers willing to give their time and talents to keep the community active and friendly while maintaining expenses. It’s no wonder that when a Tradition home goes on the market, it doesn’t stay there very long.
