Greenhaven is a small condo community centrally located just outside the Litchfield by the Sea resort. We are located just off Willbrook Boulevard with easy access to the Willbrook Boulevard cart path. The ocean is just 1/2 mile to our east and the Waccamaw River is 1/2 mile to our west. Homeowners enjoy all the benefits that come with being members of the Litchfield by the Sea Beach resort. We have a community pool for those who prefer relaxing just outside their home. Our complex is a collective group of 9 buildings that comprises of 4 units/homeowners per building. Each of our 36 homeowners have their own detached enclosed garage. Our community backs up to the Reserve Golf Club and is just across the street from the Tradition and Willbrook Plantation golf clubs. Our entrance is shared with the Avian Forest community which has similar construction and features.
